We think our labradoodle family members do best when they are among us and valued like family members. We travel with our dogs even when it is simply to the grocery. Each one of our newborn labradoodles are whelped in our bedroom and reside there with their mother for the 1st 2 full weeks. This is where our mommy dogs feel most safe and where we can help keep a close eye on the youngster labradoodles. After they are 2 weeks old we move them to the family room where they are exposed to everything that takes place in family living.
