We think our labradoodle family members do best when they are just one of us and taken like family members. We travel with our labradoodles even when it is merely to the corner store. Each one of our newborn labradoodles are whelped in our bedroom and reside there with their mother for the very first 2 full weeks. This is where our mommy labradoodles feel most safe and where exactly we can keep a close eye on the newborn labradoodles. After they are two weeks old we transfer them to the family room where they are subjected to all that takes place in family life.
