We think our labradoodle family members do best when they are just one of us and taken like family. We travel with our dogs regardless of whether it is merely to the food market. All of our newborn labradoodles are whelped in our bed room and live there with their mother for the 1st 2 weeks. This is where our mother dogs really feel safest and where we can maintain a close eye on the youngster labradoodles. Shortly after they are 2 weeks old we move them to the family room where they are exposed to all that occurs in family life.
