We travel with our dogs even if it is simply just to the corner store. All of our newborn labradoodles are whelped in our bed room and live there with their mum for the 1st 2 full weeks. This is where our mom dogs feel most safe and where we can help keep a close eye on the kid labradoodles. Immediately after they are 2 weeks old we move them to the family room where they are exposed to all that goes on in family life.
