Each one of our newborn labradoodles are whelped in our bedroom and reside there with their mum for the first 2 full weeks. This is where our mommy labradoodles feel most safe and precisely where we can keep a close eye on the infant labradoodles. Right after they are 2 weeks old we move them to the family room where they are exposed to all that takes place in family life.
