We think our labradoodle family members do best when they are one of us and regarded like family members. We travel with our dogs even if it is just to the market. All of our baby labradoodles are whelped in our bed room and live there with their mom for the first 2 weeks. This is where our mommy dogs really feel safest and where exactly we can always keep a close eye on the baby labradoodles. Only after they are 2 weeks old we transfer them to the family room where they are exposed to everything that goes on in family life.
